Bonus Newsletter: The Beautiful Paradox of Motherhood
A Series of Psychological Reflections on Motherhood

Welcome to this special bonus edition of our newsletter series on motherhood. Today, I was talking with my sister-in-law about the paradoxical journey of being a mother. She is also a mother of three kids, and we usually go into deeper conversations together.
It’s a topic that resonates deeply with my personal experience. So I decided to share this as a bonus newsletter this week. I hope you join the conversation.

A Personal Note on This Series
This series is written from my experience as a mother and my ongoing studies in psychology. My goal is to normalize motherhood's varied challenges and joys, from fertility issues to navigating global crises. I hope to create a space where we all feel understood and empowered.

The Rollercoaster of Motherhood
Being a mom of three is a ride I've grown accustomed to. It often feels extreme, yet somehow, it's become our normal. We've built our family into mirrors of ourselves, creating a unique dynamic that sometimes feels out of this world.
It's a beautiful, insane paradox - filled with blessings, overwhelming emotions, routines, and the constant stretching of time to meet our needs for togetherness as a family.
